This fancy pecan meal is made from raw pecans graded "USDA Fancy", the highest quality recognized by the USDA. It is made from the whole natural pecan meat, without any added preservatives or ingredients. The only ingredient is fresh pecans. Meal is composed of pecan pieces which are processed to be approximately 3/32" in size. At our Company, we follow exceptional GMPs to ensure the safety of our product. It greatly outperforms both USDA and industry standards for purity and safety. We process only pecans, so there is no risk of cross contamination from other nuts or allergens.
