Dimmer Switch for Yogurt Making

Dimmer Switch for Yogurt Making

All commercial yogurt makers have the potential to overheat because they aren`t designed to run for 24 hours. The ideal temperature for SCD yogurt is between 100-110F. Use this dimmer switch to keep the yogurt at the right temperature.

  • The solution for overheated yogurt makers!
  • To use: Keep the dimmer switch on full for the first six hours. At that point, test the temperature, it should be around 105F. Turn down the dimmer switch to halfway, and keep it this way through the 24 hours. Please note: Your temperature may vary due to environmental factors. Test your yogurt during the process to ensure the right temperature.
