Freshly Baked Tasty Hazelnut Coconut Cookies (no almonds)
*Since we`re using a new sulfite free coconut, the texture of the cookies are a bit more dense.
- Ingredients: Hazelnut flour, coconut flour (no sulfites!), eggs, honey, coconut oil, baking soda, pure vanilla extract, pure lemon oil
- Prepared according to the specifications of the SCD Diet, as outlined in the book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle".
- Certified Kosher by Rabbi M. Ungar.
- Shelf Life: 7-10 days on pantry shelf, 1 month in fridge, and up to 4 months in the freezer.
