Jell-O Recipes
Recipe #1: Ideal for introductory diet!
1 1/2 cups Apple Cider
1/2 cup Water
1 T. Gelatin
Cook apple cider on low heat. In separate bowl mix gelatin with water (insert water first), and let stand a few minutes in fridge until it becomes jelled. Mix into cooked apple cider slowly, stirring on low heat. Refrigerate to stiffen.
Recipe #2:
2 1/2 tablespoons Gelatin
1 1/2 cup Orange Juice or Apple Cider
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
6 oz. Sliced Strawberries
Bring juice to a boil. Prepare gelatin with water as advised in above recipe. Add gelatin to juice and remove from heat. Add strawberry and pineapple. Chill in fridge until set.
